Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All Voskio timepiece orders are processed and carefully packaged within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier issues or extreme weather conditions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of the shipping label being created.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Voskio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We highly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

Damages and Lost Packages

We take extreme care in packaging your luxury watch. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and local postal carriers before contacting us.
