Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

At Voskio, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your watch must meet the following criteria:

  • The watch must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original pristine condition.
  • There must be no scratches or marks on the case, crystal, or strap.
  • All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and protective films must be intact and included.

Note: Watches that show signs of wear or have been resized (links removed) cannot be accepted for a full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect the watch. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days of receipt.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective timepiece or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
